Boasting breathtaking views of picturesque vineyards and majestic mountains, Firestone, the original Santa Barbara estate winery features a variety of event settings, including a lavender-accented terrace, an intimate courtyard, and a colorful garden. The barrel room and cozy wine club lounge add to the estate’s virtually unlimited event possibilities.
Amanda and Justin first welcomed their guests to the venues’ lavender-accented terrace, to join them in exchanging their vows. After the ceremony, the bride and groom slipped off to take photos throughout the wineries’ picturesque backdrops while the guests mingled in the colorful garden while munching on a beautifully displayed cheese & charcuterie table and sipping on the vineyards very own wine selection. Before the couple’s grand entrance, they asked everyone to move into the final area of the reception, the stone courtyard. Following the grand entrance and first dance the guests enjoyed an amuse-bouche; a Rustic Fall Tart with Apple, Brie and Candied Walnuts. Following that and some toasts the guests then dined on their choice of gourmet plated entrees including Cod in a Lemon Butter Beurre Blanc Sauce or a Peppercorn Crusted Beef Tenderloin with a Cabernet Sauvignon Reduction Sauce or the vegetarian choice of Potato Gnocchi with Roasted Garlic in a White Wine Sauce. The couple then joined the masses on the dance floor and closed out the night with a delicious wedding cake provided by local baker, Crushcakes Bakery.
The couple then made their way out for their grand exit in a classic 1936 Dodge Brothers touring car giving their guests one final kiss as the car pulls into the distance.
