Kayla & Jeff’s Heartstone Ranch Wedding Celebration

With bride and groom both being nurses, it was a special honor to care for them and their families the day of their wedding.  Kayla and Jeff chose a long time Santa Barbara area private estate favorite: Heartstone Ranch in the foothills of Carpinteria, which boasts a ranch-style feel but has panoramic views of the ocean and our gorgeous Channel Islands.   Because Kayla’s family are largely local and invested in a long-time well-known family business, they decided to rent out Heartstone for the whole weekend so some of their family and friends could stay there with them in that gorgeous house and enjoy a weekend of celebration and connection.   And here’s a little behind-the-scenes bit of trivia:  DJ Bonnie & Co actually DJ’d the father of the bride’s wedding , so having her for Kayla’s wedding was extra special.  When there is so much connection with our clients, they feel like family.

Our event stories on our blogs are largely about the art of cuisine, and this menu was perhaps one of our favorites.  We heard through the grapevine that guests were so pleased it was a buffet so they could choose a bit of everything, and well, we couldn’t agree more.
