Santa Barbara events are always perfect for a tropically-themed party. One of our clients was turning 70 years young and we were so fortunate to have been chosen as the caterer for this private-home celebration in Carpinteria. Using overlays, bamboo silverware and straw umbrellas, we brought out the tropical theme with delicious summer fare menu items including Honeydew Melon-Wrapped Prosciutto, Basil-Crusted Scallops with Citrus Aioli, Ahi Tuna Tartare and a variety of stations including Sushi, Asian Sate , a Salad Station and Assorted Mini Desserts.
