imageMonica and Dante’s wedding day at the gorgeous Quail H Ranch was an incredible blend of rustic country fun & elegance topped off with some fairytale romance.  There is just something about a horse-drawn carriage that will always memorialize an occasion in legendary, epic, “happily-ever-after” proportion.  These newlyweds made every part of their celebration fun for their guests from special touches (see below) to an incredible band with dancing, and three signature cocktails!  And this menu was one of our absolute favorites, including the unique plated First Course, which was a soup & salad duo of Creamy Lobster Bisque with French Cognac (ooo la la) served with Spicy Arugula Salad (see details below).

Special Touches: Take-home stationery gift with hand-drawn image of a horse; the ceremony was held in a beautiful meadow and the wedding cake was showcased in the barn, where there was also a custom, built-in bar;  We served 3 specialty signature cocktails, which were so much fun: I’m Your Huckleberry served in chuck wagon tin cups, The Lonesome Dove, and Clockwork Orange.  All guests were also warmly greeted with a welcome beverage of a Pellegrino Blood Orange Sparkling Mimosa.
