FAQs

Do you offer tastings?

Yes. We offer private tastings by appointment. Tastings are designed to introduce you to our culinary style and approach, and to help you confidently select your menu. We’ll prepare a thoughtful selection of dishes that reflect your proposed menu and walk you through ingredients, techniques, and presentation.

Because each tasting is prepared specifically for your event, we ask that tastings be scheduled at least two to three weeks in advance. Please contact us to arrange your tasting and let us know if there are particular menu items you’d like included, when available.

How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for peak seasons like summer weekends and holidays. For corporate events, private dinners, and smaller gatherings, 4 to 8 weeks’ notice allows us to give your event the attention it deserves. We understand plans sometimes come together quickly. Reach out regardless of your timeline and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your event.

What are your minimum order requirements?

Our minimums vary by event type and season. For full-service events with on-site staffing, we typically require a minimum guest count of 25. For drop-off catering or simpler service styles, minimums may be lower. During your initial consultation, we'll discuss your guest count and event scope to determine the best approach. Our goal is to make exceptional catering accessible while maintaining the quality and service standards you expect.

When do you need a final guest count?

Depending on the event type, we require a guaranteed guest count 10 to 14 days before your event. This allows our culinary team to source the freshest ingredients, prepare dishes to order, and ensure we have appropriate staffing. We understand numbers can fluctuate, so we build in some flexibility. However, the final count you provide becomes the minimum number we'll prepare for and bill accordingly.

What's included in your full-service catering?

Our full-service catering is designed to be seamless and comprehensive. It includes menu planning and preparation, professional service staff, setup and breakdown, and coordination with your venue and vendor team.

We manage timing, presentation, and guest experience so you can stay present and enjoy your event. Specialty rentals—such as china, glass, silver, linens, furniture, or décor—can be coordinated through our trusted partners and are clearly outlined in your proposal.

Do you handle bar service and alcohol?

Yes, we provide full bar service with professional, licensed bartenders. We create custom cocktails, curate wine pairings, and manage the entire beverage experience. Our complete bar packages include all beer, wine, and spirits as well as fresh juices and other mixers. During planning, we'll discuss your preferences and help design a bar menu that complements your food selections and fits your budget.

What if we need to make changes after booking?

We understand that event plans evolve. Your contract confirms our availability and allows us to dedicate the time, team, and resources needed to thoughtfully plan your event. Menu selections, guest counts, and timelines are refined throughout the planning process.

Once your event is confirmed, you’ll work closely with a dedicated event producer who will guide you through any adjustments and ensure every detail remains aligned and on track. We’re happy to accommodate reasonable changes within established planning milestones.

How do you handle venue logistics and kitchen facilities?

We specialize in off-premise catering and regularly work in venues ranging from private estates with no kitchen to fully equipped event spaces.

When needed, we design and operate field kitchens, bringing the necessary equipment to prepare food fresh on-site.

We coordinate directly with venues on load-in, access, and requirements, and conduct site visits as needed to ensure flawless execution.

Can You Accomodate Dietary Restrictions

Yes. We are experienced in accommodating common dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-aware menus. These considerations are thoughtfully incorporated into the overall menu to ensure every guest feels cared for—without compromising the integrity of the dining experience.

We ask that dietary needs be shared during the planning process so they can be addressed intentionally and safely.
